Raw materials are selected, weighed and batched according to approved formulations and product specifications.
Materials are mixed and pressed according to confirmed formulations and production requirements.
Slabs undergo forming, curing, calibration and surface finishing according to confirmed specifications.
Transfer-printed designs are produced against approved samples and product specifications.
CNC cutting, sink cutouts, edge profiling and finishing are carried out based on approved drawings.
Finished products undergo final checks, protective packing, product identification and export preparation.

BLANKO coordinates project fabrication from drawing review and slab selection to CNC cutting, edge finishing, quality inspection and export packing. Each stage follows confirmed project requirements and approved specifications.
Shop drawings, dimensions and fabrication specifications are reviewed before production.
Slabs are selected according to approved colors, patterns and project requirements.
Cutting, sink cutouts and other specified openings follow approved drawings.
Edges, profiles and visible details are processed according to project specifications.
Dimensions, surface appearance, cutouts and finished components are checked before packing.
Finished components are identified, protected and prepared for export shipment.
QUALITY CONTROL & EXPORT PREPARATION
Production inspections, finished-product verification and export preparation are coordinated against confirmed specifications, approved samples and order requirements.
Slab surfaces are reviewed for color, pattern, gloss and visible defects against confirmed product requirements.
Finished slabs and fabricated components are checked for dimensions, thickness, surface appearance and conformity with approved samples and order specifications.
